The Sales and Project Management team is at the center of Gulf Coast Sign's turnkey style of management. A GCS sales associate will start the process by gathering as much information as possible regarding your signage needs. What sort of time frame is required? What is the approximate budget range for your signage program? And what design work, if any, has already been done towards your project? After the necessary information is acquired, your sales associate will then coordinate all aspects of your project with the other appropriate GCS departments. . . from concept through completion.




If you've come to us without any preliminary ideas for your signage, our designers can begin the process with conceptual drawings. These drawings will be based on input from you, about the nature of your business, and the identity that you wish to reflect. If you've already prepared your own designs, or had them prepared by someone other than GCS, then our designers can generate detailed "shop" drawings to illustrate exactly how we would manufacture your designs. Although the GCS design team can work with just about any type of customer provided digital artwork, they do have a list of preferred file formats. Through the use of a custom, highly accurate, software estimation system, Gulf Coast Signs can design "value" into each and every sign project. Our estimators, by working closely with the GCS design team, insures that the appearance and quality of your signage meets or exeeds the value level expected.




The sign building industry is highly regulated by city, county, state, and even national codes. These codes vary widely, so it is critical that all of them are fully researched and complied with in every sign building project. If a code requirement is over looked, a government agency can either demand the removal of a sign, or insist on costly modifications. Because of that, GCS makes the permitting process one of it's highest priorities.




Quality assurance - throughout the entire sign production process - is paramount at Gulf Coast Signs. But QA doesn't stop with production. It is also very important that signs be installed correctly, and that their installations meet all applicable codes. If installed properly, and code compliant, they will inevitably last longer and require far less maintenance than if they aren't. Our service teams spend considerably more of their time doing annual, scheduled servicing, than they do performing reparative tasks. This is an effective cost saving policy that Gulf Coast Signs is extremely proud of. A savings that GCS is very happy to be able to pass on to its customers.
